About the journal

The Cambodian Journal of Education and STEM (CJES) is a peer-reviewed, open-access journal published by the Department of Scientific Research at the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport. CJES welcomes original work in Khmer and English across the fields of education, science, mathematics, technology, engineering, and agriculture.

Article types accepted for this issue

  • Original articles — full-length empirical or theoretical research
  • Review articles — systematic or narrative literature reviews
  • Short communications — concise reports of preliminary findings
  • Policy briefs — actionable summaries of evidence for decision makers

Submission deadline

Submissions close on 31 August 2026.

How to submit

Send your manuscript by email to cjes.dsrmoeys@gmail.com as two separate documents:

  1. Blinded manuscript — no author names or affiliations anywhere in the file.
  2. Title page — author names, affiliations and email addresses, a conflict-of-interest statement, funding source, acknowledgements, and a short author bio.

All submissions are peer-reviewed under a double-blind review process. There are no submission, processing, or publication fees at any stage.
