Open access policy
All CJES articles are published in full open access — no embargo, no reading fees, free to read, download, and reuse with attribution.
Access and reuse
Articles published in CJES are free to read immediately on publication, with no paywall, no registration requirement, and no embargo period. All content is released under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International licence (CC BY 4.0), which permits anyone to share, adapt, and build upon the work — including for commercial purposes — provided appropriate credit is given to the original authors.
Copyright
Authors retain full copyright of their work. By submitting to CJES, authors grant the journal a non-exclusive licence to publish, distribute, and preserve the work. Authors are free to deposit the submitted, accepted, and published versions in institutional repositories, subject archives, or personal websites at any time.
Article processing charges (APCs)
CJES does not charge article processing charges (APCs), submission fees, page charges, or colour figure charges. Publication costs are fully borne by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport of Cambodia. This is a diamond/platinum open-access model.
Licence statement on articles
Every published article carries a clear licence statement on its landing page, with a link to the full CC BY 4.0 deed and the Creative Commons machine-readable licence metadata.
